He has constructed, managed,  or sold over a thousand new homes in his real estate career, in addition to leading three of Pittsburgh’s largest Builders, and has completed an array of new home planned communities and land development projects.  Further, he has worked as both Buyer Agent and Seller Agent for many resale transactions for 20 years as a licensee.  Shaun is currently the President of a local homebuilding company, as well as the licensed Broker of Record for BuildPro Realty.
